This is a series of episodes from the old Davy Crockett T.V. show. They are about a man named Davy Crockett who goes on many adventures in the Old West like hunting for bears, traveling into a swamp, and battling against evil Indians (today we would call them Native Americans). It was an older show and very old-fashioned. Some episodes had boring parts to them, especially Davy Goes to Congress, and that was the thing I did not like about it. I liked how in some parts it was so old-fashioned, it was funny! The costumes were hilarious. All the Indians wore feathers and underwear. The special effects were horrible compared to today's shows. During the boat race on the river, you could tell Davy wasn't really sailing on real water.

I would recommend this video to people who like old fashioned Western movies. The ages that would like it would be 4th grade and up because anyone younger might really be bored.

Overall this was a pretty enjoyable video. (March, 2003)
