Title:
Dexter's Laboratory: Deesaster Strikes
Company: Nintendo
Type of Game: Action
System Requirements: Gameboy ADVANCE
This is not your typical Gameboy game full of 'shoot-em-up', 'blow-em-up' action. This game is full grab 'em, dodge 'em and teleport 'em madness!
Dexter is a boy genius who has an annoying older sister named DeeDee. She runs around his laboratory destroying his experiments. If you've seen their cartoon show, you get the picture. In this game, you teleport through the lab grabbing miniature DeeDees and dodging mutant plants.
"Hard" barely describes this game. Beginners would find it extremely challenging. This is all-around solid entertainment. There is nothing to dislike about it. The colors and graphics are fantastic a big improvement over the old Gameboy system. I recommend this game for kids ages 9 and above.
If you like this game, you'll also like any of the Zelda games (Link's Awakening, Oracle of Times or Oracle of Seasons) and Castlevania, Circle of the Moon. (November 15, 2001)
