Title:
Mostly Ghostly: Have You Met My Ghoulfriend?
Author: R.L. Stine
Publisher:
Delacorte Press
Number of Pages: 136
This book is about a
boy named Max who is trying to help his two friends Nicky and Tara. Unfortunately,
by helping Nicky and Tara, Max ends up with the Berserker Ghoul inside him.
Max is wild, crazy, and unpredictible.
I thought the plot, the setting, the characters, the writing, and the problem
and solution were all written really well.
I liked that the book made you want to keep on reading. I didn't like that the beginning of the book was kind of creepy and gross.I would recommend this book because it was well written, made you want to laugh out loud, and was the perfect balance of scary, but not too scary. I think kids in grades 3-5 will most likely enjoy this book. This book is similar to most of the books in the Goosebumps series. (February, 2005)
