Are you looking for a good book? Try Charlie Bone and the Time Twister.Henry Yewbeam lives in the year 1916 at Bloor's Academy. One day Henry looked at a marble called the time twister and traveled through time to the year 2002 and meets Charlie Bone. Together they try to get Henry back to 1916. There are many obstacles, twists and turns that keep you reading to follow along their adventures in their quest to help Henry return to 1916. I liked this book because the author wrote in great detail so it was easy to get pictures in your mind. I enjoyed the plot and it was hard for me to put the book down. Two things that bothered me while reading were, a person treated a dog badly and some of the characters were mean like Grandma Bone, Manfred, Asa and Billy. I would recommend this book because it is interesting, easy to read and understand, and it is full of adventure. This book would appeal to kids in the third grade and older. If you like this book you should read the first book of this series, Midnight for Charlie Bone or the Harry Potter series. (March, 2004)
